The retreat is designed as an integrated experience. While life happens, maximum value comes from full participation in the strategic progression we've designed.

We also don't offer partial payment for partial participation.

Yes! We've intentionally built in free time for exploration, relaxation, and personal reflection. The island is part of the experience. You can also extend your stay (or arrive earlier) to have your private time. Your retreat discount of 10% will be applied to your stay - the longer you stay, the cheaper it is!

We've secured a room block at a beautiful El Cabo Coliving that provides both community spaces for our group and private spaces for individual work and rest.

As an educational business retreat, this is typically deductible as a business development expense. Consult your accountant for specifics to your situation.

Yes, you are able to extend your stay or arrive as early as you wish (even for the New Years Eve). El Cabo offers discounts to anybody staying 2 weeks or longer (14+ nights): 

• €55/night (single occupancy) 
• €60/ night (double occupancy)

For stays of 30+ nights, the rates are 

• €49/night (single occupancy) 
• €54/night (double occupancy)

10% discount applies on top of all these rates for our group.

 Yes, you can bring your partner or family member with you, however the retreat programme is only reserved for the retreat participants. Your guest should plan their own leisure time.

If you are part of Freelance Business Community Hub or The Solopreneur Collaborative, you can enjoy a 10% discount on this programme.

• You will provide a 50% deposit within 7 days of being accepted to the programme to secure your spot.
• You must book your accommodation by November 15th.
• By 15 December, you must settle the remaining 50% of your retreat programme fee.
• You can receive an additional 5%  discount if you settle your programme fee upfront. 

• Accommodation: all rooms include towels and bed linen.
• Cleaning: check-out cleaning is included for stays of up to 7 nights, for stays exceeding 7 nights, a weekly cleaning service is included.
• Coliving shared facilities: full access to and use of all shared areas within El Cabo Coliving, including: the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, laundry room, rooftop terrace
• Coworking access: complimentary access to repeople's coworking facilities in Agaete, and to
• Repeople-managed coworkings in Las Palmas / Gran Canaria

The deadline for the application is 31 October. Applications are reviewed on a first-come  - first serve basis and once the group is complete the application will be closed. As soon as you apply, we will review your application and get back to you within a week with a decision on moving forward to the interview phase.

Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Organisers are not booking the accommodation for you. Once you settle the first deposit for the programme, you will receive an accommodation reservation link, allowing you to choose the room you’d like to book.

This is a co-venture between Fruition Initiatives (Fruition) and Freelance Business Community (FBC). Applicants will be reviewed and considered jointly, and payment will be handled within each jurisdiction (e.g, European participants will pay through FBC and American participants will pay through Fruition). 

Retreat Participation Terms & Conditions

By registering for and attending this retreat, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

• The Participant acknowledges that attending the retreat may involve activities such as yoga, meditation, physical exercise, excursions, workshops, travel, and other group or individual activities.
  

• The Participant voluntarily chooses to participate in all retreat activities and assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses which may occur as a result.
  

2. Organisers’ Disclaimer of Liability

• The retreat organisers, facilitators, staff, and partners (“Organisers”) accept no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after the retreat.
  

• Organisers shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or transportation delays.
  

3. Health and Fitness

• The Participant confirms they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the retreat and have consulted a doctor if necessary.
  

• The Participant is solely responsible for managing their health, medications, allergies, or dietary needs.
  

4. Personal Responsibility

• The Participant agrees to conduct themselves respectfully and to follow any guidelines or instructions provided by the Organisers.
  

• The Participant is fully responsible for their own travel arrangements (including visas, transport, and transfers) and accommodation bookings.
  

5. Payment Terms

• You will provide a 50% deposit within 7 days of being accepted to the programme to secure your spot.
• You must book your accommodation by November 15th.
• By 15 December, you must settle the remaining 50% of your retreat programme fee.

• Failure to complete payment in full by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the Participant’s booking without refund of any deposits paid.
  

6. Insurance

• The Participant acknowledges that it is their responsibility to obtain adequate travel, health, and personal insurance.
  

• The Organisers strongly recommend that Participants secure insurance that covers medical treatment, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
  

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Any cancellation by the Participant must be communicated in writing. The applicable refund policy will be stated in the booking confirmation.
  

• Organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, liability is limited to refunding payments made directly to the Organisers for retreat participation.

• Cancellation terms:

8. Release of Liability

By attending the retreat, the Participant releases, discharges, and holds harmless the Organisers from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, and causes of action arising out of participation in the retreat.
